The winners of the competitions for the best sergeant, the best group, platoon, battalion and brigade commander, held at the scale of the Ministries of Defense, Internal Affairs, the National Guard and the Border Troops of the State Security Service, passed tests in command, combat and spiritual-educational training during the five-day competition.
This traditionally held competition is aimed at further increasing the combat readiness and training of troops, creating a healthy competitive environment among personnel, as well as improving the professional skills of military personnel. From the very first conditions of the competition, it was clear that this year's participants had carried out serious preparation for the upcoming competition. Each competition was held in a tense, uncompromising struggle full of heated discussions. In particular, all participants took an active part in completing test assignments on knowledge of general military regulations and spiritual and educational training, fulfilling standards for tactical, physical and fire training.
The winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the competition will be announced and awarded at a ceremonial event dedicated to January 14 - Defenders of the Motherland Day.
For information, the winners and prize-winners of the final stage will be awarded:
• For 1st place - a 1st degree diploma, a one-time cash reward in the amount of three times the official salary and the next qualification category;
• For 2nd place - a 2nd degree diploma and a one-time cash reward in the amount of two times the official salary;
• For 3rd place - a 3rd degree diploma and a one-time cash reward in the amount of one official salary.
In addition, the winners of the republican stage of the competition will have the opportunity to enter higher military educational institutions of our country without competition and will be included in the personnel reserve for appointment to a higher position.
