In recent years, systematic efforts have been made to instil patriotism and a military spirit in young people, organise their leisure time effectively, and provide them with decent employment opportunities. Significant results have been achieved, particularly in working with young people who require individual attention.
During the review meeting, commanders of military units and heads of institutions under the district were given analytical guidance on conducting targeted work with the young people assigned to them, identifying their problems, and finding solutions.
Speakers also provided detailed information on measures being taken to prevent offences among military personnel. The meeting discussed ways to enhance the effectiveness of preventive measures and diversify their formats by strengthening the role of partner organisations.
Specific tasks were assigned to the responsible officials to address certain shortcomings identified within the system.
