The district was established pursuant to a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 13, 1998. Over the years, it has followed a distinguished path, strengthened by challenges and marked by pride in its achievements. Today, the district continues to develop in line with modern requirements and is being equipped with advanced weapons and military equipment. As a result, its combat capabilities and the professional skills of its personnel continue to improve year after year.
The speeches delivered during the ceremony featured not only congratulations but also words of appreciation. The speakers warmly congratulated military personnel on this significant occasion, wishing them new professional achievements, continued success in their service, and outstanding victories. Particular emphasis was placed on the district’s rich history, its accomplishments, and its valuable contribution to strengthening the country’s defence capabilities.
In recognition of the anniversary, a group of military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces who had achieved outstanding results in the performance of their duties received promotions to their next military ranks, commemorative gifts, and letters of appreciation from the Ministry of defence and the district command.
The second part of the celebration was devoted to the arts. The Karshi garrison military orchestra and popular regional performers took to the stage, presenting captivating musical compositions, inspiring songs, and heartfelt poetry. The festive concert brought joy to the audience and smiles to their faces.
