The main objective of the competition is to assess the professional skills, physical and intellectual capabilities, up-to-date knowledge and practical skills, as well as leadership qualities of chief sergeants, promote best practices, and enhance the effectiveness of military service.
During the practical stages of the competition, the participants demonstrate their proficiency in marksmanship and physical training. Each challenge requires thorough preparation, a high level of concentration, efficiency, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
The competition is characterized by an atmosphere of healthy rivalry. The participants not only demonstrate their capabilities but also enhance their professional skills through the exchange of experience. To achieve the best possible results, each chief sergeant puts all their knowledge, skills, and potential to the test.
The competition is assessed objectively and transparently in accordance with established criteria. At the end of the competition, the most outstanding chief sergeants who have demonstrated high results across all areas, professional competence, and strong leadership qualities will be selected.
