The competition brings together senior sergeants who demonstrated strong results in the preliminary selection stages and proved their professional skills.
At the opening ceremony, the importance and responsibility of the sergeant corps in the life of the Armed Forces were emphasized. In particular, it was noted that a senior sergeant must, above all, serve as an example to the personnel, be able to unite the team and mobilize it toward a common goal, assess the situation correctly, and make well-considered decisions when necessary.
The participants then proceeded to the first tests of the competition. In particular, IQ tests were conducted to assess their intellectual potential and speed of thinking. Logical questions, analytical tasks, and time-limited problem-solving exercises tested the senior sergeants’ general knowledge, attentiveness, and ability to draw appropriate conclusions depending on the situation.
At the subsequent stages of the competition, the senior sergeants’ military and professional competence will be assessed comprehensively. The participants will be evaluated on their physical fitness, knowledge of military regulations and procedures for military service, personnel management skills, leadership abilities, initiative, and ability to act effectively in challenging situations.
Each test is directly related to the knowledge and skills required of senior sergeants in their daily service. In this regard, the competition is not merely a contest, but also a platform that allows the participants to comprehensively demonstrate their professional competence and leadership potential.
An atmosphere of healthy competition can be felt throughout the event. Along with exchanging experience, the participants approach each task responsibly and make every effort to achieve strong results.
Following the competition, the results will be compiled in accordance with the established criteria, and servicemen who demonstrate the highest performance across all areas will be identified. Senior sergeants who achieve the most outstanding results will have the opportunity to further demonstrate their professional skills at subsequent stages.
