Teachers and mentors working at military educational institutions not only provide the younger generation with modern military knowledge but also instill such important qualities as determination, discipline, self-sacrifice, and devotion to the Motherland. Thanks to their dedicated work, military personnel with profound knowledge and practical experience are trained, ready to fulfill their duty with honor in any situation.
Today, a ceremonial event dedicated to October 1 — Teachers and Mentors Day — was held at the central office of the Ministry of defense. The event was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of defense, representatives of the public, military personnel, civilian employees of the Armed Forces, and veterans.
At the beginning of the event, in accordance with the order of the Minister of defense, servicemembers who conscientiously perform their duties and make a worthy contribution to the education and training process were ceremonially presented with badges of distinction, next military ranks, and commemorative gifts.
Representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the Public council who addressed the event sincerely congratulated all teachers and mentors on their professional holiday, emphasizing the special importance of their selfless work in military education and training.
As was noted, the achievements of our servicemembers in physical, combat, psychological, and spiritual training are to a great extent the result of the years of experience, painstaking work, and dedication of teachers and mentors.
The contribution of qualified coaches is particularly significant in training servicemembers who achieve outstanding results at various international military competitions.
The artistic program featured performances by artists of the Central song and dance ensemble of the Ministry of Defense and the “Impulse” creative group, who performed musical compositions and songs dedicated to the noble work of teachers and mentors. Performances by renowned artists made the festive event even more solemn and uplifting.
