The main objective of the exercise was to improve officers’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills in effectively organizing moral and psychological training and psychological support in the troops.

During the exercise, modern forms and methods of conducting moral and psychological training and psychological activities with personnel prior to the performance of combat missions were demonstrated.

In addition, practical sessions were conducted on ensuring the psychological resilience of servicemen during the performance of combat missions, providing them with psychological support, as well as organizing measures to restore their psychological well-being and carry out rehabilitation after completing their assigned tasks.
