The event was attended by Zulfiya Mansurova, Chief specialist of the department for work with family members of military servicemen at the Ministry of defense.
During the meeting, particular attention was paid to the specific nature of military service, the importance of demonstrating a high level of responsibility and discipline in professional duties, as well as the need to ensure mutual respect, trust, and understanding within family relationships.

The participants also discussed proper planning of professional and family responsibilities, effective time management, sincere communication with loved ones, and strengthening the spiritual and moral atmosphere within the family.

The cadets were given recommendations emphasizing that a servicemember’s family is an important factor contributing to stability and peace of mind in the performance of military duties. In this regard, it was noted that cadets should approach the establishment and maintenance of family relationships responsibly in the future.

The roundtable was held in the format of an active exchange of views and a question-and-answer session. The cadets raised questions of interest to them and received detailed answers and recommendations on building harmonious family relationships, maintaining a balance between military service and personal life, and making sound decisions in various life situations.
