Intensive tests for the “Brave warrior” distinguishing badge started

In order to train military personnel with high professional and physical skills in the national army of Uzbekistan, to maintain high combat readiness of the troops, decision of the president “On additional measures to organize a high level of physical fitness of the military personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on December 10, 2021. According to this, relevant regulation attached to the decision stipulates the procedure for conducting intensive tests of military personnel and awarding them with the “Brave warrior” distinguishing badge.
In this purpose, the next intensive tests for the distinguishing badge “Brave warrior” have started at the “Forish” training field of the Central military district. Officials of the Ministry of defense of Uzbekistan and the Central military district, instructor-experts who assess the participation of military personnel and applicants who came to receive a distinguishing badge took part in the ceremonially opening of the meeting.
Those who spoke at the event emphasized that these tests are another practical expression of the work carried out in the national army of Uzbekistan to train military personnel with high professional and physical skills and to improve the combat readiness of the troops.
For information, during upcoming ten days, military personnel undergo three-stage tests consisting of various exercises. The first stage consists of strength training, the second stage consists of a 30-kilometer walk (march run), and the third stage consists of passing through a single obstacle course with general control exercises, shooting from firearms and throwing knives.
At present, the first group began to fulfill the tasks. “Brave warrior” distinguishing badge which will be presented to military personnel who successfully passed all tests, will be preserved throughout their service.
