The main goal of the exercises involving the military personnel of the Ministries of Defense of the three countries, combat equipment, naval and aviation vehicles, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles, is to increase the level of readiness for joint operations, improve the interaction of troops and standardize training procedures, as well as develop the combat capability of units.
During the solemn opening ceremony, responsible leaders noted that one of the important aspects of such joint exercises is the exchange of best practices in various fields, the mutual study of modern approaches and methods, and the further development of practical cooperation between military units.
It was also noted that the high-level fulfillment of the tasks facing the participants will serve to exchange experience and further strengthen effective cooperation.
For reference, the three-stage exercises will take place at the "Gizilgaya" training center of the Azerbaijani army in the Karabakh economic region, the "Karabakh" training center in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and the "Buyuk Zira" training ground in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
