The main objective of the training is to strengthen the skills necessary for personnel to make sound decisions in complex situations, maintain psychological resilience, and confidently carry out their assigned tasks.
During the exercises, the experience of modern military conflicts, information and psychological influences, and psychological pressures that may arise in combat situations are analyzed, with particular attention paid to developing resilience against such factors. Practical sessions are also being conducted to further strengthen servicemen’s sense of patriotism, national pride, loyalty to the Motherland, and team spirit.
The training process combines theoretical knowledge with practical assignments, helping servicemen improve their ability to maintain self-control in various situations, resist psychological pressure, and act responsibly.
Indeed, the potential of a modern army is determined not only by its equipment and weaponry, but also by servicemen who are psychologically resilient, spiritually strong, and ready to honorably fulfill their duty to defend the Motherland under any circumstances.
