 The memorandum is aimed at expanding cooperation in improving digitalization processes within the military sector, advancing the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, widely introducing modern information technologies into practical activities, and training highly qualified specialists for these areas.

Within the framework of the memorandum, it is planned to organize training sessions, practical seminars, professional development courses, and joint projects involving military personnel, university students, and industry experts. The agreement also provides for the development of scientific and practical cooperation, as well as the organization of spiritual and educational events aimed at fostering military patriotism.

During the event, the parties exchanged views on promising areas of future cooperation. In particular, they discussed the effective use of information technologies in the military sphere, ensuring cybersecurity, encouraging greater youth participation in the IT sector, and strengthening the integration of education with practical experience.

The meeting also outlined future areas of cooperation, including the exchange of experience, implementation of joint educational and innovative projects, enhancement of specialists’ professional capacities, and the gradual introduction of modern technologies into military activities.
