To ensure objectivity and transparency of the selection process, a military-professional commission was established. The level of physical fitness of the candidates was assessed in accordance with the established standards, and their computer literacy skills were evaluated through practical assignments.

During the event, female candidates, in particular, were provided with detailed information on the rights and duties of military personnel, the procedure for serving under a contract, restrictions applicable during military service, as well as the benefits and social guarantees provided.

All stages of the military-professional selection process were organized based on the principles of openness and transparency, with particular attention paid to an objective assessment of the candidates’ knowledge and potential.
