Uzbekistan–Japan cooperation in military medicine reaches a new stage

According to the visit program, on 23 July the Japanese delegation toured the Central military clinical hospital, where they became acquainted with its modern medical infrastructure, patient care facilities, and advanced treatment methods. On 24 July, the guests are scheduled to visit the Military Medical Institute of the University of military security and defense to learn about its educational process and the system for training military medical professionals.
During the meetings, representatives of both countries discussed the exchange of professional expertise and explored promising areas for expanding strategic cooperation in the field of military medicine.
The talks are expected to result in agreements aimed at ensuring the consistent development of bilateral cooperation across other priority areas of military medicine. Such international collaboration will contribute to the further modernization of Uzbekistan’s military healthcare system and strengthen the professional capacity of its military medical personnel.
