Combat readiness of servicemen assessed at the Nukus training ground

The exercises assessed each serviceman’s individual proficiency in accurately engaging targets using crew-served weapons, tanks, and other modern military equipment and weapon systems, as well as their ability to effectively control fire, efficiently employ combat assets, and make timely decisions in response to changing battlefield conditions.
Particular emphasis was placed on the execution of practical missions in tactical teams of three and four personnel. This phase strengthened unit cohesion and interoperability based on mutual trust and teamwork, while further developing initiative in complex situations, rapid decision-making, and the effective accomplishment of assigned missions within limited timeframes.
Another key feature of the training was its comprehensive approach, focusing not only on the physical preparedness of servicemen but also on enhancing their moral and psychological resilience, maintaining composure in extreme situations, strictly adhering to safety requirements, and ensuring close coordination among units.
Upon completion of each training phase, the results were thoroughly analyzed, identified shortcomings were comprehensively reviewed, and practical methodological recommendations were provided to address them.
