During the event, officials emphasized the relevance of this initiative in today’s conditions, noting that it is important for every service member not only to have strong combat readiness but also to acquire a specific vocational skill. It was highlighted that this system plays a key role in ensuring that young servicemen enter post-service life well-prepared, secure a worthy place in society, and achieve stable employment.

The training sessions organized under the “One soldier — one profession” principle are particularly significant as they are aimed at enhancing the intellectual potential of soldiers, encouraging their interest in education, and preparing them for independent life. In particular, opportunities created for entering higher education institutions during military service are further strengthening young people’s motivation and sense of responsibility toward education.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the training sessions were officially launched, and conscripted servicemen proceeded to specialized training centers established within the military unit according to their chosen fields, where they will prepare for both vocational training and entrance examinations.

Qualified instructors from the 1st and 2nd vocational technical schools of Bukhara city, as well as the Tourism and cultural heritage technical school, have been involved in the educational process. They are providing both theoretical and practical lessons in foreign languages, information technology, management, metalwork, mechanics, and plumbing. The classes are conducted using modern teaching methods, ensuring an individual approach based on each participant’s interests and abilities.
