The event was attended by responsible officers of the Eastern Military District, representatives of the Youth Union of the Fergana region, military personnel, students, and cadets of the academic lyceum of the Ministry of internal affairs.
At the beginning of the ceremony, wreaths were laid at the base of a bust depicting Amir Temur, and deep respect was paid to his memory.
During the event, theatrical performances vividly portrayed Amir Temur’s life path, his military leadership skills, and his invaluable role in history. In addition, an educational tour to the lyceum’s museum provided participants with broader insights into the system of governance during the Timurid era, as well as the development of science and culture at that time.
A special highlight of the day was the exhibition of modern military equipment and weaponry. Participants had the opportunity to closely ознакомиться with the advanced achievements of the country’s defense system and gained a deeper understanding of the honor and responsibility of military service.
Within the program, the “Followers of Temur” intellectual competition became a true test of knowledge and thinking. Teams competed in quick reasoning, logical analysis, and historical knowledge, engaging in lively debates. Participants demonstrated their potential by confidently answering questions about the era of Amir Temur, the Timurid state, and the national heritage.
According to the final results, third place was awarded to the team of the academic lyceum of the Ministry of internal affairs, second place to representatives of Fergana State Technical University, and the honorable first place to the team of the academic lyceum of Fergana State University.
At the end of the event, winners and active participants were duly awarded by the organizers.
