 This document aims to establish systematic cooperation between the two educational institutions in scientific, practical, and academic spheres, to combine their existing potential, and to develop effective mechanisms for responding to modern threats and risks.

In accordance with the memorandum, the parties will organize the activities of working groups to study pedagogical and psychological issues in the educational process, as well as current matters of national, regional, and international security. In addition, theoretical and practical training sessions will be conducted in areas of mutual interest with the participation of faculty members, trainees, and cadets.

Within the framework of cooperation, short-term professional development courses, specialized training programs, and targeted seminars and workshops are planned to enhance the professional competence of personnel. One of the priority objectives is the joint preparation of information-analytical materials, scientific conclusions, and practical recommendations based on the analysis of trends in modern armed conflicts.

The parties will also expand the exchange of experience through the regular organization of open classes, master classes, scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical conferences, seminars, and working meetings.

The memorandum provides for the effective use of educational facilities and infrastructure resources, the introduction of distance learning systems in relevant areas, the organization of internships and practical training, as well as the wide application of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process.

It should be particularly noted that the consistent implementation of this document will significantly expand opportunities for training highly professional specialists capable of effectively responding to modern threats and challenges in the field of military security and law enforcement activities.
