Regarding this situation, we inform you of the following:
Responsible employees of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in St. Petersburg and the representative office of the Migration Agency in the Russian Federation studied the situation at the migration center located at the above-mentioned address.
Within the framework of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated December 30, 2024, No. UP 1126 "On Temporary Measures to Regulate the Legal Status of Certain Categories of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation," work permits (patents) are being processed at this center.
The Center's employees operate on a full-time basis, and document processing is organized in accordance with established procedures and requirements. At the same time, information about the working hours of the migration center for foreign citizens is provided.
The situation in the video post arose due to citizens' failure to comply with the waiting list. Therefore, iron fences have been installed to ensure safety. In addition, citizens have not submitted the required documents for obtaining a patent in full.
Also, a direct conversation was held with the citizens who participated in the video message, and they were given detailed explanations about the procedures for legalizing documents and the mechanism of work of the migration center.
The Migration Agency informs that the rights, security, and legal status of our citizens are under constant control 👉video
