E.Toshtemirov was born in 1985 in the Fergana region. He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a degree in International Economic Relations.
Has 17 years of experience in the field of migration.
Prior to this appointment, Elyor Dilshodovich held the position of Head of the Department of Organizational and Executive Discipline Control, Strategic Planning, and Work with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) at the Migration Agency.
