About the Embassy
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation were established on March 20, 1992, and the first embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Russia was opened in subsequent years in Moscow.
The consular district of the diplomatic mission in Moscow includes the Central Federal District (Belgorod Region, Bryansk Region, Vladimir Region, Voronezh Region, Ivanovo Region, Kaluga Region, Kostroma Region, Kursk Region, Lipetsk Region, Moscow Region, Oryol Region, Ryazan Region, Smolensk Region, Tambov Region, Tver Region, Tula Region, Yaroslavl region and the city of Moscow), as well as Armenia.
