The Republic of Uzbekistan condemns the strikes carried out by Israel on a residential area in the city of Doha, viewing them as a breach of sovereignty, an encroachment upon the inviolability of borders and security of the State of Qatar.

Such actions are unacceptable and represent a serious disregard for the UN Charter, fundamental norms and principles of international law.

Uzbekistan has consistently opposed any form of use of force in international relations that exacerbate already complex situation in the Middle East.
