On July 30, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, Ismatulla Irgashev, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkiye to Uzbekistan, Ufuk Ulutaş.
During the talks, the sides discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation on Afghanistan, as well as regional stability and security.
The parties confirmed their mutual interest in continuing a systematic and constructive dialogue between Uzbekistan and Turkiye, and agreed to maintain regular consultations.
