On January 8, 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Akihisa Nagashima, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Japan, today at the Ministry.
During the conversation, it was noted that Uzbekistan and Japan continue to strengthen bilateral and multilateral partnership. The topics of expanding economic cooperation, continuing regular exchanges and further strengthening the foundation of long-standing friendship were on the agenda. Plans for future events were also discussed.
It was noted that both sides are interested in further strengthening the Uzbekistan-Japan strategic partnership and achieving concrete results.
