Uzbekistan–Belarus Political Consultations held in Minsk

On July 6, 2026, the next round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Belarus was held in Minsk.
The Uzbek delegation was led by Deputy Foreign Minister Bobur Usmanov, while the Belarusian delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Pavel Utyupin.
During the talks, held in an open and friendly atmosphere, a broad range of issues on the bilateral and multilateral cooperation agenda was discussed.
During the dialogue, the sides expressed satisfaction with the dynamic development of Uzbekistan–Belarus relations and the steady expansion of multifaceted cooperation.
Among the key achievements highlighted were the active political dialogue, the development of interparliamentary ties, the steady growth of bilateral trade, the effectiveness of joint measures aimed at expanding practical cooperation in industry, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals, the deepening of cultural and humanitarian exchanges, as well as constructive cooperation in multilateral formats.
The sides reaffirmed the readiness of their Ministries of Foreign Affairs to actively contribute to the further strengthening of the comprehensive and mutually beneficial partnership between Uzbekistan and Belarus.
Particular attention was paid to reviewing the implementation of the agreements reached following meetings at the highest and high levels.
The sides also agreed to strengthen coordination of efforts in preparation for upcoming events and visits.
