On March 23, 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov received Yu Jun, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Uzbekistan.
Issues related to further strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China were discussed. The dynamic development of cooperation across all areas was also noted, and readiness for its further expansion was reaffirmed.
The Ministries of Foreign Affairs agreed to continue close coordination on the bilateral and multilateral agenda.
