Recruitment to the Plant Quarantine and Protection Agency system is conducted through an open independent competition. Employment is available to individuals who meet the qualification requirements for the respective position, possess the necessary professional, business, personal, and moral qualities, and have the required level of education, regardless of age, nationality, gender, social origin, property, or official status, provided that the right to hold a state civil service position is not restricted by law.
