The second meeting of Ministers of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of the Organization of Turkic States was held

On October 24, 2025, the second meeting of Ministers of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Baku.
Acting Director of the Agency for Innovative Development, A. Norov, took part in the meeting. The session was chaired by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mikayil Jabbarov. The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, as well as representatives of member and observer states, also attended the event.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between research and industry, implementing new projects in the fields of startups, green technologies, artificial intelligence, and innovation, and developing partnerships among research centers and technoparks.
At the end of the meeting, the ministers signed the Declaration and adopted the “Action Plan” aimed at implementing joint projects. The next meeting of the Ministers of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation of the Organization of Turkic States is scheduled to be held in Kazakhstan in 2026.
