➡️87 appeals were received via the Presidential Reception Office, and 119 appeals were submitted directly from other agencies and organizations;

➡️124 appeals were submitted by individuals, while 12 appeals came from legal entities;

➡️167 appeals were satisfied, and explanations were provided for 37 appeals.
