Uzbekistan-Korea: Cooperation on the Startup Ecosystem to be expanded

Today, the Director of the Agency for Innovative Development held a meeting with representatives of the Korea Institute for Startup and Entrepreneurship Development (KISED).
During the meeting, both parties exchanged views on prospects for mutual cooperation, joint initiatives aimed at developing the startup ecosystem and potential collaborative projects in this field.
KISED representatives shared insights into their experience and best practices in building, supporting, and advancing the startup ecosystem in Korea. They also announced plans to conduct research on Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem, focusing on existing opportunities and current challenges.
At the conclusion of the meeting, an agreement was reached between the Agency for Innovative Development and KISED to expand cooperation within the startup ecosystem, develop joint grant projects, and organize meetings, seminars, B2B sessions, and knowledge exchange programs between startups from both countries.
