Director of the Agency for Innovative Development, Sh. Rajabbaev, visited the Gyeongbuk Technopark during his official trip to Korea.
During the meeting, he became familiar with the activities of the technopark, particularly the conditions created for resident companies and the support programs for startups and innovative projects.
In addition, the parties discussed the potential involvement of Gyeongbuk Technopark in the “Digital Manufacturing Technology Center” project being implemented in the Fergana Youth Technopark, funded by a grant from the Korean government under the ODA program.
They also exchanged views on organizing a Korean Pavilion during the International Innovation Ideas Week “InnoWeek-2025”, scheduled to take place from October 9 to 11 this year. It is planned to invite Korean companies and startups to showcase their innovative products and developments.
For reference: Gyeongbuk Technopark (GBTP), established in 1998, supports local economic growth through the development of small and medium-sized businesses, startup support, management of advanced technology centers, and the promotion of regional industrial policy. Furthermore, it serves as a crucial bridge between industry, science, and government by actively collaborating with global partners to build high-tech ecosystems.
