The meeting also discussed increasing the role of women within the management system of the Agency for Innovative Development, providing social and legal support, timely identifying and addressing challenges, as well as offering social, legal, psychological, and moral assistance. The participants reviewed the achievements and efforts aimed at encouraging talented, active, and initiative-driven women.
Additionally, the work being done to widely involve women in scientific and innovative activities, promote projects implemented by women scientists, and raise awareness about their achievements was analyzed.
It was noted that, as a result of active outreach activities, the number of project applications submitted by women to the "Women Scientists" competition — held annually in March in accordance with the Presidential Decree No. PF-87 of March 7, 2022, "On Further Acceleration of Systematic Support for Families and Women" — reached 540 applications in 2025, compared to 342 applications during the same period in 2024. The participants agreed on further steps to increase these figures in the future.
The meeting also included discussions on fostering a healthy moral environment in families, raising children to be mentally and physically strong, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and encouraging regular participation in sports. At the conclusion of the meeting, relevant decisions were made based on the issues discussed.
