The modernization of the public administration system, the digitalization of public services, and the improvement of the quality of services provided to the population are among the priority areas of state policy in our country. To this end, systematic reforms are being implemented to eliminate bureaucratic barriers, strengthen interagency cooperation, simplify data exchange processes, and reduce the impact of the human factor.
During the discussions, proposals were considered regarding the analysis of existing processes within the Agency’s activities, the reduction of unnecessary procedures, the further enhancement of electronic services, and the introduction of modern innovative solutions.
As a result of these efforts, it is expected that the speed and transparency of public services will be improved, favorable conditions will be created for citizens and entrepreneurs, corruption-related factors will be reduced, and the efficiency of public administration will be enhanced. In turn, this will expand opportunities for citizens and business representatives to access and utilize public services and will contribute to the country’s innovative development.
