As noted by the responsible officials, the results of the efficiency audit are not limited to identifying deficiencies but also serve as an important basis for developing concrete mechanisms to prevent such issues in the future.
From this perspective, special attention was given to developing a separate action plan to address the identified shortcomings, approving it, and ensuring strict control over its implementation.
Speakers at the meeting emphasized that ensuring financial transparency, the targeted use of budget funds, and increasing the efficiency of implementing innovative projects are among the key priorities today.
It was also highlighted that there is a need to strengthen internal control systems, improve reporting practices, and enhance the qualifications of responsible personnel.
At the conclusion of the meeting, specific tasks were outlined. These include the prompt approval of the action plan to eliminate identified shortcomings, assigning responsible persons for each task, strengthening execution discipline, implementing a monitoring system, and ensuring regular reporting.
It was noted that the timely and high-quality implementation of these measures will contribute to improving the effectiveness of the Agency’s activities and ensuring openness and transparency in the use of public funds.
