Internship for Regional Innovation Development Units Has Started

Employees of the regional innovation development units of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions are participating in the internship organized by the Innovation Development Agency.
A special training program has been developed for the sessions, which are aimed at strengthening professional knowledge and skills and improving practical activities in line with modern requirements. The training process lasts for 5 days.
According to the training program, participants reinforce their knowledge of the main areas of activity of the Innovation Development Agency. This includes theoretical and practical sessions on organizing and conducting competitions, mechanisms for accepting applications through electronic platforms, and the processes of financing scientific, applied, and innovative projects.
In addition, the training places special emphasis on strengthening public relations, providing timely and high-quality responses to citizens’ and entrepreneurs’ inquiries, and ensuring executive discipline. Participants receive practical recommendations, and training is conducted based on real-life scenarios.
By the end of the training, participants are expected to have enhanced their knowledge and skills, which will contribute to the effective organization of innovation activities in the regions, high-quality implementation of projects, and improvement of the services provided to the public.
