Presidential Address – A Key Strategic Program

A seminar dedicated to the content and significance of the Address delivered by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan on December 26, 2025, was held at the Agency for Innovative Development.
During the event, the six priority areas outlined in the Address, along with the goals and objectives set within their framework, were comprehensively discussed. In particular, special attention was given to enhancing the role of the mahalla institution, improving public welfare, strengthening social protection, reinforcing the economy, developing high value-added and high-tech production across all sectors, shaping the architecture of the labor market, training specialists in modern in-demand professions, promoting youth employment, and ensuring the rational use of green energy and water resources.
At the conclusion of the seminar, participants exchanged views and put forward proposals aimed at ensuring the effective implementation of the tasks outlined in the Address within the scope of the Agency for Innovative Development’s activities.
