During 2025, the Innovation Development Agency received a total of 439 appeals

Specifically, 439 appeals were submitted by individuals and legal entities, of which 217 were received via the President’s Virtual Reception, and 222 were submitted directly in written or oral form or through other agencies and organizations.
Of these appeals, 407 came from individuals and 32 from legal entities, including 16 written, 74 oral, and 349 electronic submissions.
Out of the total 439 appeals, 415 were reviewed by the Agency’s central office, 1 through regional directorates, and 23 were forwarded to other relevant agencies and organizations.
An analysis of appeals by region showed that 89 were submitted from Tashkent city, 19 each from Jizzakh and Qashqadaryo regions, and 312 from the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions.
Among these appeals, 347 (83.4%) were resolved in favor of the applicants, 60 (14.6%) were provided with explanations, 1 (0.2%) was left unconsidered, 4 (1.0%) had their consideration completed, and 3 (0.8%) are still under review.
Analysis indicates that of the 439 appeals, 159 were related to post-graduate education processes, 67 concerned competitions under state scientific programs, and 36 involved startup competitions. The remaining appeals pertained to project submission, implementation of inventions and other applied initiatives, their support, and participation of young scientists in research internships.
An effective operation of the Agency’s “Hotline” was established, with over 4,500 calls (3 monitored cases) resolved by providing legal guidance, which reduced the inflow of written appeals.
Additionally, in 2025, through the online consultation service on the Agency’s official website, 1,900 citizens received real-time advisory services.
The Agency’s leadership regularly conducts personal and field receptions to listen to and resolve issues of representatives of the scientific community, professors, students, and young scientists. In 2025, three field receptions were held in Jizzakh and Qashqadaryo regions, as well as in Tashkent, with participation from scientists, researchers, and youth. A total of 26 appeals were received, all matters were addressed in accordance with the established procedures: 15 appeals received positive outcomes, and 11 were resolved through legal consultation.
