The next “Meeting Between Leaders and Youth” was organized with young employees working in the Innovation Development Agency and its system organizations. Currently, the number of employees under 35 in the Agency’s system has reached 100, of whom 25 hold managerial positions. These figures clearly reflect the reforms being carried out under the leadership of our Head of State to create broad opportunities for young professionals in the country.
The meeting was attended by Acting Director of the Innovation Development Agency, A. Norov. In his speech, he highlighted the support provided to young people in social and economic spheres, opportunities for professional growth in science and innovation, as well as conditions created for demonstrating their talent and potential. The Director also emphasized that opportunities for advancing youth ideas and initiatives, implementing startup projects, and contributing to society through innovative programs are being expanded.
During the meeting, held in a sincere and open dialogue atmosphere, young employees shared their proposals. Ideas and initiatives previously put forward were discussed, and practical recommendations on important topics were provided.
At the end of the event, the importance of establishing ongoing communication with young employees and providing them with systematic support was highlighted.
This meeting not only served as an effective platform for dialogue between youth and leaders but also helped define new directions for supporting young professionals and enhancing their professional and social activity.
