In the future, young scientists from Uzbekistan will undertake an internship at Dresden University of Technology

An online meeting was held by the Agency for Innovative Development with representatives of one of Germany’s leading higher education institutions — Dresden University of Technology. The meeting was attended on behalf of the Agency by the Head of the Scientific Research Coordination Department, B. Shamuoratov, the Head of the Accounting and Financial-Economic Department, F. Musurmonov, as well as Chief Specialist D. Rakhmatullayev. During the negotiations, issues related to sending young scientists from Uzbekistan to Dresden University of Technology for short-term scientific internships were discussed. At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to sign a memorandum of mutual scientific cooperation and to develop joint programs.
For reference, Dresden University of Technology was founded in 1828 and ranks 218th in the international ranking of prestigious universities. The university is a member of Germany’s consortium of nine leading technical universities (TU9) and holds the “University of Excellence” status, awarded to universities with a high level of scientific and educational quality.
