Based on an order issued by the Head of the Penal Corrections Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Order No. 94, dated August 26, 2024, "Conducting the competition and determining the "Best Penitentiary Colony", "Best Pretrial Detention Center", "Best Address-Colony" and "Best Field Service Officer in the Penitentiary System" a competition for the "Best Jurisconsult" was held.

The competition included physical training, a test, firing from a training weapon, registering notarial documents in practice and a final interview among legal service employees.
