Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Head of the Department of Spiritual and Educational Affairs and Human Resources, Major General Davron Nazarmukhamedov, held a meeting with veterans of the system at the Department of Internal Affairs of Kashkadarya region.

At the meeting, the Deputy Minister noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs leadership is committed to honouring the representatives of the elderly generation. This includes caring for them and providing material and moral support to veterans who have lost their breadwinners. In turn, the veterans stated that they are actively participating in improving the work experience of young employees, improving their professional skills, combining their knowledge and skills with practice, ensuring the employment of the unorganized population and youth, and coordinating cooperation between community activists and employees of internal affairs agencies.

Afterwards, the activities of the Veterans' Council and its members of the DIA of Kashkadarya region, as well as the future plans of these organizations, were discussed in more detail.

Following an open dialogue, veteran appeals and suggestions were heard. The tasks were assigned to those in charge, and their execution was monitored.

At the meeting held in the spirit of open communication, teachers with many years of service in the field and rich practical experience and qualifications took the floor and shared their suggestions and opinions on educating young employees serving in internal affairs bodies in the spirit of patriotism and loyalty to the country, and further revitalizing the tradition of "master and disciple".

Following the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to those responsible for enhancing cooperation with veterans.
