On the occasion of "Youth Month", the Minister of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant General Pulat Bobojonov, met with young employees serving in the internal affairs bodies and students of the academic lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He had a sincere dialogue with them and listened to the suggestions and opinions of young people.
Due to the attention and care being provided to the youth in our country today, the youth is working diligently to raise the level of our nation in the fields of science, culture, and athletics. It is important to emphasize, in this regard, that they are supported by leaders on all fronts.
For the same purpose, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan met with the youth serving in the system.
Speaking at the beginning of the dialogue, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant General Pulat Bobojonov, said that a number of reforms and initiatives are being put forward in the internal affairs bodies to provide all-around support to young people and create the necessary conditions for them. He expressed his pride in many young employees for achieving high results.
It should be noted that in the last eight years, with the initiatives of the head of state, youth issues in our country have been raised to the level of state policy.
In light of the fact that this year has been declared the "Year of Youth and Business Support", it is clear how important the issue of youth has become.
The organized meeting was more lively due to the innovative ideas and proposals presented by the youth. The minister paid particular attention to young people's questions.
It should be noted that 30 percent of Internal Affairs employees are young people who are active and proactive in all aspects.
A growing number of achievements are being made, especially in the field of sports.
"The Most Active Youth Leader", "Tomaris Followers", "Zakovat", "Young Book reader", "Kuvnoklar va Zukkolar", "In the Footsteps of Ancestors", and "Military Relay" are aimed at creating a healthy competitive environment among young employees and discovering talents. Contests and competitions such as "Battle March" help to discover new talents and abilities.
During the meeting, the Minister of Internal Affairs ceremoniously presented such selfless and high-achieving young employees with various departmental badges, wristwatches, certificates for getting a new apartment, and vouchers for interest-free loans.
Following the event, the Minister of Internal Affairs emphasized to the youth that serving our nation with loyalty is the highest duty. It is the duty of each of us to fulfil the assigned tasks with responsibility and honour.
