The Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan awarded Khatamov Farkhod Fakhritdinovich, the head of the Department of Special Vocational Sciences and Doctor of Political Sciences, with the title of professor at the MIA Advanced Training Institute in recognition of his many years of work, scientific activity, and effective participation in training, retraining, upgrading, and scientific research in the internal affairs bodies.

In this regard, at the next Spirituality and Enlightenment class of the institute, the head of the institute, candidate of technical sciences, and associate professor, Colonel Olimjon Akhmedov, presented Khatamov Farkhod Fakhritdinovich with a professor's diploma and wished him great success in his future work to improve the qualifications of internal affairs officers.
