From July 27 to August 3 of this year, a training seminar on the topic of "Technical Practice of Electronic Public Procurement Systems" was held in Ankara (Turkey).
A delegation consisting of employees of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Treasury Service Committee under the Ministry (O.A. Boltaboeva and K.K. Shukurov) took part in the seminar.
Industry experts presented information to the seminar participants about the Turkish public procurement system, including the electronic platform "EKAP" (Electronic Public Procurement Platform), created to organize and conduct procurement processes in a transparent and efficient manner.
As part of the seminar, the Uzbek delegation presented information about the public procurement system of our country, regulations governing the sphere, the procedure for organizing and conducting tenders, as well as the latest changes in the system, and also exchanged experience in developing the sector.
At the end of the training seminar, an agreement was reached to establish close bilateral cooperation to further improve the public procurement system in the future.
