Committee of the Treasury service under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Within the framework of the signed Memorandum during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev to the Russian Federation on April 4-5, 2017, the cooperation plan between the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and within the framework of the implementation of the Memorandum on technical cooperation between the Treasury of Russia and the Treasury Service Committee, on April 8 of this year, headed by the Chairman of the Treasury Service Committee Abdulaziz Khaidarov and the Head of the Treasury of Russia Roman Artyukhin, a meeting was held in the videoconferencing format, dedicated to the issues of centralization of accounting in the public sector.

Deputy Head of the Russian Treasury Anton Dubovik during the meeting covered issues of consolidated reporting of the Russian Federation, shared the experience of implementing centralization of budget accounting of federal executive bodies, the management of which is carried out by the Government of the Russian Federation, and also spoke about the prospects for implementing technological centralization of organizations in the federal budget sphere.

In conclusion, the parties discussed individual issues of methodology, business process technology and organizational measures for centralization of accounting and expressed hope for further cooperation.
