In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 26, 2025, No. PF-105, systematic measures are being implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Treasury Service Committee under the Ministry, and the Extra-budgetary Pension Fund to introduce modern services.
Based on this Decree, the Treasury Service Committee has developed an artificial intelligence–based “G‘azna AI ChatBOT” designed to provide practical guidance to budget customers on public procurement issues. This solution was initially tested among treasury employees, and based on its practical effectiveness, the need arose to implement the chatbot within the “UzASBO” software system. Accordingly, relevant practical measures have been defined to integrate the system into the “UzASBO” platform.
“G‘azna AI ChatBOT” enables users to quickly obtain answers to their questions, search for necessary information from a single source, simplify the process of handling requests, and improve service quality.
The system operates 24/7, analyzes the content of queries, works with document databases and structured data, generates responses, and maintains analytics on all requests. In this regard, the chatbot is not only a convenient virtual assistant for users but also a modern digital solution that accelerates request processing and generates analytical information necessary for management.
From the very first days of its launch, “G‘azna AI ChatBOT” attracted significant interest among users. According to the results recorded from April 24 to April 30, 2026, approximately 2,300 users utilized the system, and nearly 4,900 responses were provided to their inquiries. The average response time was 4.91 seconds, demonstrating the efficiency and convenience of this solution.
According to the initial results of the testing phase, “G‘azna AI ChatBOT” has launched a new stage in providing informational and practical assistance to budget customers and system users. Initial usage indicators show that this platform enables prompt responses to user inquiries, saves users’ time, and provides necessary information on public procurement in a more convenient format.
This initiative represents an important practical step toward expanding digital services in the treasury system, improving advisory and informational services based on modern technologies, and gradually enhancing the intellectual capabilities of the “UzASBO” software platform.
