Adminstration of the Fergana Region

At the Fergana District Information and Library Center, the “Khan Atlas” festival was held with the participation of the Department of Family and Women’s Affairs, library staff, and young artisans. The event aimed to widely promote national values and strengthen the sense of pride and dignity among youth.

During the program, discussions focused on the ancient roots of national clothing and its role in reflecting the rich culture, customs, and traditions of the Uzbek people. Participants emphasized that national attire should be valued not only as historical and cultural heritage but also as a relevant element in modern life.

It was also highlighted that promoting national clothing among young people, fostering respect for their identity, and preserving national heritage remain among the most important tasks of today.
