Reports have spread on the internet claiming that the documents of a residential property belonging to a citizen in the “Shohimardon” MFY of Fergana district are being annulled.

The Fergana Regional Department of the Cadastral Agency provides the following clarification:
The house located at 80 Porsin Street, “Shohimardon” MFY, Fergana district, belonged to the late H.H., and by the decision of the Fergana district hokim dated May 30, 2020, the ownership right over this real estate object was recognized. The cadastral documents were duly issued.
As stated in the appeal, the house at 80 Porsin Street, “Shohimardon” MFY, which belonged to the late H.H., has not been fully notarized and transferred to the name of his son I.H.
We hereby clarify that no claim has been filed by cadastral bodies to the courts regarding the annulment of ownership rights, and the cadastral bodies are not involved in the court proceedings currently underway concerning this property.
