Adminstration of the Fergana Region

During the visit of investors from the People’s Republic of China — Wen Yuan, Su Guojjun, Guo Juawei, Wen Jie, and Yilihamu Niyazi — to Fergana district, an agreement was reached on the implementation of a new investment project.

As a result of the negotiations, it was decided to launch a project to establish an asphalt and gravel production plant. The enterprise will be equipped with modern technologies and will be able to meet not only local but also regional demand.

The project envisages the localization of construction materials necessary for road construction, infrastructure development, and capital repair works. Most importantly, with the launch of the enterprise, hundreds of new jobs are planned to be created.
