First of all, I sincerely congratulate you, dear ones, and through you, the entire population of our district on the 31st anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland.
We are all pleased that this holiday is becoming a national holiday in the true sense of the word, a symbol of such high qualities as patriotism, courage and bravery that have always been inherent in our people.
At the same time, these festive events are being celebrated separately in each region of our district, in each military unit.
There are many honorable professions in the world, and the most honorable among them is serving for the peace of one's Motherland and its people.

Our esteemed President Shavkat Mirziyoyev is carrying out large-scale work to strengthen the defense capabilities of our country and develop our Armed Forces, on the initiative of our President.
Today, the fact that our national army has become a school of true courage, dedication, and true patriotism for thousands of our sons is undoubtedly our greatest achievement on this path. All parents in our country, our entire people, recognize this fact with pride and gratitude.
Nowadays, mothers are watching their children join the army not with tears in their eyes and anxiety in their hearts, but with a high sense of confidence and pride, thinking that my son will become a true defender of the Motherland.
In particular, it is both a duty and an obligation for all of us to honor and respect our sons, who consider military service to be their profession, a sacred duty to the Motherland and the people.

Today, the pace of development on a global scale is gaining unprecedented momentum. At the same time, deep transformation processes are taking place in the system of ancient values, socio-political views. We are all witnesses to the fact that the powerful centers of the world, which previously defended their goals and interests mainly through diplomacy and politics, have now openly adopted the path of pressure, confrontation and conflict.
With our joint efforts to ensure the peace and security of our beloved Uzbekistan from these dangerous processes, we are fully capable of achieving such noble goals and objectives, preserving the peaceful labor of our people, the peaceful life, and the clear sky of our country like the apple of our eye, and this is the sacred duty of each of us.
